High quality is very important for ILC. One of the most important spearheads is customer satisfaction. We extract important information from this measurement so that we can bring our services to an even higher quality level.
We work in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference, the international language standard for describing language ability on a six point scale.
We fully accredited members of the NRTO: Nederlandse Raad voor Training en Opleiding / The Dutch Board of Education and Training which is the leading branch organization for all private and professional training bureaus in the Netherlands closely associated with the VNO-NCW: Confederation of Netherlands Industry and Employers active in the SMB sector.
Certificate
At the end of the language course, the student receives a certificate. The certificate shows an overview of the treated results per language segment. Students who have participated in a group training will receive a certificate of participation if they have attended at least 70% of the training.
